Shipping in 24/48 hours throughout Italy
Fast shipping
We ship throughout Italy by GLS courier.
The courier guarantees delivery in 24 hours on over 90% of the national territory (in disadvantaged areas and on the islands the times are generally 48 hours).


Same day preparation and shipping
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) by 9:30 am are generally shipped within the same day.
Orders placed after 9:30 am are shipped the next business day.


Immediate shipping with tracking
On the day of shipment (in Italy) you will receive an email with to track the shipment (which is generally activated after 7 pm).

For orders with cash on delivery (cash payment to the courier, on delivery) there is a surcharge.


Delivery times
The courier generally makes deliveries from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
It is not possible to request deliveries at particular times (except after making personal arrangements with the courier) nor to be notified by telephone of the delivery.


Cash on delivery
The courier accepts cash only, it is not possible to pay by checks or other methods. It is essential to be found with precise cash as the courier is not required to give change.
Didn't the courier find you at home?
If the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated at the time of the order, it will attempt the return for two more attempts in the following days.
In case of non-delivery (multiple attempts) or contact on your part, the package will be returned to us and you will be charged the relative transport costs.
Is the package damaged?
Please carefully check the package before signing the receipt for the courier and, if it is damaged in any way, always sign with a "control reserve" or "damaged packaging" clause.
Once the package has been opened, if the goods inside are damaged, please notify us within 24 hours (by phone or e-mail) in order to immediately start the complaint procedure.
We cannot start the complaint procedure (with possible collection and / or replacement of the goods or part of them) if the delivery note does not indicate that the package was damaged.
Is the shipment delayed?
Once the shipping confirmation email has been received, delays may occur due to force majeure (haulier strikes, adverse weather conditions, traffic blocks, other reasons for the courier in charge, etc.) and Plus Power srl assumes no responsibility for such delays due to factors that occur after the package has left our warehouse.
In case of problems with the courier, you can contact the nearest courier office (GLS).
